0.3VA~0.6VA BV20 series transformer

Zettler introduces the high reliability lower temperature rise BV20-0.3VA~0.6VA series encapsulated transformer.

 August 08, 2009. Zettler magnetics, the China leading encapsulated transformer design and manufacturer introduces EE20-6.5~10.5mm encapsulated transformer line BV20 series, power range is 0.3VA~0.6VA, and output voltage from 6VAC to 24VAC for standard line, other voltages can be customized. BV20 series utilizes the split bobbin design and full vacuum potting process to achieve reinforced insulation; it meets the EN61558 and EN60950 standards.

 

BV20 series also utilizes the low loss lamination to lower down the temperature rise and the high thermal conductive PU potting helps to sink the heat to presents a 30% temperature lower than normal open frame transformers.

 

The advanced twisting-ending technology enhanced the transformer mechanical performance to avoid the wire broken during the vibration and extreme temperature expansion stress.
